Booking process for all sessions:
1) Pick a time slot and place your order.
2) You will receive an email with our meeting details (including a Google Meet link). Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
3) We will conduct our call.
Cancellations / reschedules:
- You have 14 days since purchase to request a cancellation or reschedule.
- You have 48 hours before our scheduled time to cancel or reschedule.
- Outside of these time frames, cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are not permitted.
